National Community Development Week is intentionally held during the Congressional appropriations process to highlight the importance of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME programs. These initiatives play a crucial role in:

  • Improving neighborhoods
  • Supporting local businesses
  • Enhancing the quality of life for residents
